Gotta Love Synchronicity

When I made the decision to release an app and workbook filled with tools and strategies for dealing with Esoteric EM frequencies I decided to

  • Make it as light-hearted as I could even though the impacts are serious
  • Have a tester for each of the formats
  • Have an October 1 release so it will be out for Halloween

Within days of the release I attended a conference.  While having wine at the hotel one evening I chatted with the bartender – a fellow Midwesterner and hockey lover.  When I told him what I do – chatted a bit about the release of Destination Unknown: Explorations of the Paranormal he got excited so I asked if he wanted a business card.  He asked for another for a colleague because, “She’s into holistic.”

The next evening Aaron and I were in the area relaxing with wine when a woman working the bar approached, explained she was the colleague.  She said, “Can I ask you a question?  What is Esoteric?”

When I explained she got tears in her eyes.

She hadn’t had a name to explain what was happening to her, didn’t know it was “a thing.”

When I shared the purpose of the material she started to cry.  I understood.

Having been brought to tears myself by my sensitivity to these frequencies.

It’s what motivated me to find solutions.

Driven to Tears

As I mention in a previous post I knew the time was now to release this information because multiple people – all of whom were aware of my abilities – shared they were so overwhelmed by their sensitivity to Esoteric frequencies they were driven to tears.

I hugged her and promised it was going to be okay.  I felt confident in that promise because as I detail in Riding the Waves: Diagnosing Treating and Living With EMF Sensitivity, half the battle is knowing what’s happening.

Putting a name to it.

Later that evening we were at a large social gathering.  I looked to my left to see a gentleman watching the entertainment screen which was about three floors below us.  Intuition guided me to approach.  In the course of sharing why we were there I mentioned what I do and my latest project. His reply?  “I need this.”

He got a business card too.

Over and over I handed out cards to people overwhelmed by their sensitivity to Esoteric frequencies.  The best part?  Over and over I gave hope.

In closing I’ll share a fun article I came across this morning and share a story.

When we lived in the Bay Area we looked at a house in Lafayette.  When I was touring the 2nd floor I stepped into a bedroom and immediately knew someone had died there.

Knowing intuitively is clairsentience.

It was not good energy.

I shared it with Aaron along with the fact I felt evil – a word I rarely use – as we stood on the front lawn while listening to the real estate agent explain the bus stop for school was across the street.

When the agent came to our home to discuss an offer she told us

  • The owner’s son died – in the room I told Aaron about – from a protracted illness.
  • There was a convicted sex offender renting the house next door.

We walked away

Esoteric frequencies are serious business.

New EMF App

I am so excited to announce the availability of Destination Unknown: Explorations of the Paranormal, an EMF project years in the making.

Why so Long?

Experience made me aware of the negative impacts of Sensitivity to Esoteric EM frequencies but I struggled to find a way to do justice to the subject.

Under the umbrella of my work on EMF Sensitivity.

A Project of the Heart

It was after talking with someone severely affected by these frequencies I knew I had to figure it out.

It was heartbreaking to hear him cry as he recounted experiences that were turning his life upside-down.

I asked him to give me time to organize my thoughts and get tools and strategies into a format I could share with him.

Interest

It came as no surprise when soon after making the decision to take on this challenge I began running into people expressing interest in the subject matter. Obviously, the Universe was listening.

A good thing as I was feeling quite anxious about the project.

Need

More striking is the number of people who reached out to me in the months after I made the choice, seeking help for dealing with the toll these frequencies were taking on them.

What makes this so striking is none of them were aware of the project.

I will be following up personally with them in the days to come.

Formats

The information is available as an app and as a workbook.

I hope you enjoy the fruits of a labor of love.  Be sure to listen to the message at the bottom of the page.

Holistic Tool: Audio Nap

It’s been a chaotic exciting couple of weeks.  What makes it super cool is clearing the towering In Box.  I can FEEL the energy flowing.  To celebrate?  An audio nap.

A What?

As my mom will attest I’ve never been a good napper.

I’m one of those who feels worse after taking one.

Try Another Way

For a time I walked as it cleared the cobwebs.  Unfortunately it also stimulated creativity which somewhat defeated the purpose as I came back and started work on the next bit of chaos.

Which I spent the duration of the walk contemplating.

Music To The Rescue

From the time I was a baby and danced to the Beatles on 8 track on the back seat music has filled my soul in a unique way.

No seatbelts back then.

I grew up dancing in my living room to tunes played on 8 track 45s 33 ½ and 78.

The Beat of Your Soul

I played drums, clarinet, piano then tenor sax.

Letting go when time in tech infringed with playing.

I had and have the passion of music in my soul – fed through whatever media is available.

We’ve Come a Long Way Baby

Thankfully and thanks to people like Steve Jobs and Neil Young mobile music has improved from the days of the Sony Walkman or mobile CD players that skipped.

The Brain’s Tired

Given how I’ve pushed myself I’m mentally fried.  If I tried having a traditional nap I’d lay staring at the ceiling an adrenal rush keeping me from sleeping as I know I’ll feel worse if I nap.

Audio Nap

They say music soothes the savage beast.

I know it soothes the overworked soul.

I’ve put together a number of playlists for different moods, different scenarios.

One Scenario.

My work is a labor of love.

I sincerely aim to help others.

That drive can be the driver complete with a whip.

Projects

Before I tune into my tunes I’ll share what peeps can look forward to.

  • Podcast Episode Three – Caring for Family Holistically
  • Destination Unknown: Explorations of the Paranormal

An App and companion workbook of tools and strategies to deal with Esoteric EM frequencies.

  • Fix EMF App Update

Dealing with the other 3 GATE EM frequencies.

This app provides tools and strategies for dealing with sensitivity to Geologic Atmospheric and Technologic EM frequencies.

Stay tuned and be well.

Metal in the Brain: EMF Life

It’s been a busy afternoon in EMF land.  I’m about to release an app and Handbook focused on Esoteric EMFs.

  • Ghosts
  • Psi
  • Hauntings
  • Sacred Spaces
  • Sensitivity to other People

And how these frequencies interact with and are impacted by

  • Geologic
  • Atmospheric
  • Technologic

EM frequencies.

Filled with tools and strategies that eliminate the negative impact of Esoteric frequencies the app and Handbook will appeal to novice and expert, to skeptic and believer alike.

As I was decompressing with music my mind drifted to one of my favorite human beings in the world.  My high school physics teacher Mr. Robert Parys.  I will never forget the day he learned I had a metal clip in my brain.

Titanium it was put in to stop bleeding from a subdural hematoma the result of falling off a diving board and hitting my chin on it on the way into the pool when I was 10 years of age.

He was – in a word – horrified.

“There’s metal in your brain?!”

As a 16-year-old I wasn’t particularly appreciative of the attention this got me.

I was the only female in the class of about 20.  Everyone turned to me expressions startled and horrified. You know – like I had a disease?

Can we say “Yay?”

Note:  I had girlfriends who took physics.  They just had classes during a different time period.

To make matters worse – for me – he asked me to stay after class.

You can imagine what it was like to hear male feet shuffling by as they left. The sideways glances.

Oh just yay.

I tried pointing out I needed to get to my next class but he told me he’d write a note.

Joy.

The discussion led to more questions – his – than could be managed so he invited me to stay after school so he could learn more.  I had a job so this wasn’t easy but he was persuasive it would be worth my while.

I liked Mr. Parys.  He had a good sense of humor and related to students in a way that let them know he really cared about them, their dreams, goals, their success in life.

He spent time doing what he could to help students achieve their dreams.

Though I spent time answering his questions about life in the wake of an NDE with a metal clip in my head he is the one who gave the gift. Sharing his insight and access to materials meant I was able to conduct scientific research that helped me feel okay at a time when I didn’t…

I was still limping heavily after being paralyzed and my hair was still growing out after being shaved for emergency brain surgery.  You could still see a pretty big scar on my skull. Not a fun thing for a self-conscious teenage girl.

The groundwork he helped lay has led to the release of this app and Handbook.

Work that will help the world the way he helped his students.

His legacy lives on.

Teachers are amazing people who are often under appreciated.

I’m ever so grateful this one crossed my path.

The world benefits because he was a part of it.

RIP Mr. Parys.

SIGNS ALONG THE WAY

Sitting here trying to get myself going.

To resume editing the 1st draft of Volume 1 of Under Siege: Tools and Strategies for Dealing with the Pillars of EMF Sensitivity.

I’m having trouble getting my head out of Volume 2 which will deal with the 4th Pillar.

Esoteric EMFs.

The problem is almost comical.  Thanks to a number of coincidences in recent days I can safely say the Universe is on board not only with my having split the volumes but with the direction I am taking on a couple of the finer points.  Specifically

  • Getting those signs
  • Connecting or Reconnecting with the Psi side

Getting those signs.  As I wrote recently, one of the best ways to increase synchronicities that signal a connection with the Universe is to acknowledge the very cool coincidence or event – thank God or whatever higher spirit you connect with – and make a note – either mental or in a small notebook.

It won’t be long before these coincidences and events start piling up.

But first – acknowledge.

Don’t blow them off as nothing.

Thanking and tracking really helps increase the number.

Connecting or Reconnecting with the Psi Side.  Throughout the years I’ve spoken with quite a few folks on the subject of Psi.

  • Those who are Psi and were happy to compare notes
  • Those who were Psi but lost it
  • Those who wished to have a Psi experience

For this article I will define Psi as a general umbrella for ghosts, angels, premonitions, etc.

I was already planning to include information on how to increase the chances of having a Psi experience in Volume 2.

Given that certain EMFs can block this ability.

A number of conversations in previous days played out as a thumbs’ up from the universe on my plan.

Making it applicable to both situations listed above.

How I love a coincidence.

As I said – it’s a thumbs’ up.

I’m on the right track.  Keep going.

Yesterday I advised someone on a way to reconnect with a deceased loved one’s spirit.

They lost the ability after multiple successes several years ago.

I explained that this would be a focus in Volume 2 but that the book isn’t finished yet.

Still finishing Volume 1.

I suggested reaching out before bed by relaxing then mentally projecting the desire and openness to having the deceased relative come and talk.

In a dream.

I then went on to share a personal story.

One of many shared in Destination Unknown: Explorations of the Paranormal.

In my early 20s I had a dream – of vibrant color – where I was in my childhood home and my grandfather – who’d passed away – pulled into our driveway.  He and a couple other older guys – all ghosts – came to greet me.

He had the biggest smile on his face.

Startled, I blurted, “You can’t be here.  You’re dead.”

After which I came straight awake.

I was very disappointed in myself and felt I’d missed out on an opportunity to talk with my grandfather.

Who I missed very much.

I related the story to a coworker who suggested that before I go to bed I talk to my grandfather.

Specifically, tell him I was sorry and that I would be happy to have him come back and talk with me.

I did as suggested and that night along with the next three, my grandfather visited me in dreams.

Showing me the future and discussing a variety of things that were important for me to know.

At the end of the final dream my grandmother – also deceased -came but I couldn’t understand her.

The words sounded garbled.

She sighed and told me she would return when I was ready to hear what she had to say.

She made good on that promise many ears later and told me things about my life that came true.

I passed along the story hoping it would help bolster confidence.

Me?

Last night I had a dream in which several deceased family members came to me.

I had not asked them to nor had I even thought about the subject before bed.

In the dream I knew they were deceased.

This is consistent for me. I see a deceased relative in a dream and in the dream acknowledge that they are dead.

Fortunately, I don’t wake up after doing so.

I have not since that first time.

What was particularly interesting in this dream was that when I spoke with them I said “You’re a ghost but you’re here.”

They acknowledged it back to me – “Yes I’m a ghost and I’m here with you.”

Each time.

I took the opportunity to thank a couple of them for all the help they’ve given me through the years.

Visiting me in dreams.

I had a number of powerful conversations.

Upon waking I considered that I’d not sought an interaction before bed and decided that just making the suggestion to a friend the day before must have acted as a celestial flare.

I was very happy to have had the experience but pretty stunned given the context.

Another in a growing list of coincidences piling up after deciding to split the book into 2 volumes.

So here I sit stunned and trying to get back to it.

To finish Volume 1.

It’s all the crazier because I’m really close to finishing and turning it over to the beta reader.

I suppose I can be forgiven for wanting to spend a little time drinking in the magick of it all.

Like a pat on the back from God.
